1) Tight clothing, since it encourages warmth and moisture in parts of the body susceptible to yeast infections. Swimsuits, thongs, nylon underwear and spandex based clothing can all be responsible.
2. Birth Control Pills. Due to Hormonal imbalance in the body when you’re on birth control pills, the yeast infections start forming.
3) Antibiotics. These can upset the equilibrium of natural microorganisms within the body.
4) An unhealthy lifestyle can make the body more susceptible to infections. Poor diet, stress and lack of sleep can weaken the immune response of the body and help yeast infections take hold.
5. Unhealthy lifestyle. If the body has weak resistance for infections it can be worse. A bad diet makes the immune system weak, then, the body is unable to fight an infection. Stressful situations and not getting enough sleep can also contribute to a yeast infection by making the body have a hard time fighting infection.
